This website is operated by the Tom Derzypolski Campaign for Tallahassee City Commission, Seat 3. By using this website, submitting a form, requesting materials, RSVPing for an event, volunteering, donating through a linked processor, or opting in to communications, you agree to these Terms.

- You will not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or automated form entries.
- You will not interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of this website.
- Campaign content, including text, images, videos, and design, may not be reproduced without permission except as allowed by law.
3. Communications
When you submit a website form, you authorize the Campaign to use the information you provide for campaign operations and communications. Text message participation is optional and requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Text message terms are available at /sms-terms.
4. Donations
Donation links may send you to a third-party processor. Donation processing is governed by that processor's terms and privacy policy, and all donations are subject to applicable campaign finance laws.
